“簋”(gǔi)圆口、两耳朵,是中国古代装食物的器具。簋街以“簋”命名,是北京东城区出名的餐饮一条街,东起二环路东直门立交桥西端,西到交道口东大街东端。簋街也是北京最著名的一条食街,夜市彻夜红火,“麻小(麻辣小龙虾)”驰名全城。小龙虾和烤鱼最先支撑起了簋街的美名,但是簋街不仅仅只有这些。曾有人这样评价北京的簋街:“这里是饮食的江湖!便宜、实惠,而且还能引领北京饮食的潮流。”“在簋街,
