为分析哈尔滨市、鸡西市稻瘟病菌的致病性情况,以2006—2008年采集的143个稻瘟病菌菌株为选择压力,以7个中国、12个日本清泽鉴别品种为体系,通过幼苗喷雾接种的方式完成试验。得出以下结论:(1)在中国鉴别品种体系下,将2006—2008年哈尔滨市菌株分别划分为12、9、17个致病型,优势致病型分别为ZE1、ZF1、ZA57;将鸡西市菌株分别划分为6、15、10个致病型,优势致病型分别为ZE1、ZB17、ZF1。(2)中国鉴别品种对2006—2008年哈尔滨市菌株的抗性频率均值分别为62.86%、58.33%、58.38%,最高抗性品种分别为东农363、四丰43、珍龙13;对鸡西市菌株的抗性频率均值分别为67.03%、48.87%、57.82%,最高抗性品种分别为东农363、四丰43、四丰43。(3)在清泽鉴别品种体系下,将2006—2008年哈尔滨市菌株分别划分为33、12、27个致病型,优势致病型出现频率分别为11.43%、0、20.00%;将鸡西市菌株分别划分为21、17、19个致病型,优势致病型出现频率分别为38.46%、21.05%、19.05%。(4)清泽鉴别品种对2006—2008年哈尔滨市菌株的抗性频率均值分别为48.57%、56.25%、58.33%,最高抗性品种均为砦1号;对鸡西市菌株的抗性频率均值分别为57.37%、50.00%、63.89%,最高抗性品种分别为砦1号、福锦、爱知旭。(5)应用联合抗病性方式,东农363+砦1号组合对2006—2008年哈尔滨市菌株的联合抗病性均最好;应用抗性聚合方式,东农363+砦1号组合和Pi-4号+砦1号组合对2006—2008年哈尔滨市菌株的聚合后抗性频率均最高。总体分析可知,日本清泽鉴别品种对菌株的鉴定效果优于中国鉴别品种,但仍不是最佳选择。
In order to analyze the pathogenicity of Magnaporthe grisea in Harbin and Jixi, taking 143 strains of Magnaporthe grisea collected in 2006-2008 as the selection pressure and 7 Chinese and 12 Japanese cultivars, Spray the way to complete the test. The main conclusions are drawn as follows: (1) Under the Chinese differential breed system, the strain of Harbin was divided into 12,9,17 pathotypes in 2006-2008 respectively, the predominant pathotypes were ZE1, ZF1 and ZA57; City strains were divided into 6,15,10 pathogenic type, the dominant pathogenic type were ZE1, ZB17, ZF1. (2) The average frequency of resistance of Chinese cultivars to Harbin strains from 2006 to 2008 were 62.86%, 58.33% and 58.38%, respectively. The highest resistant varieties were Dongnong363, SiFeng43 and Zhenlong13, The average frequency of resistant strains of municipal strains were 67.03%, 48.87%, 57.82% respectively. The highest resistant strains were Dongnong363, SiFeng43 and SiFeng43 respectively. (3) Under the system of clear variety identification, Harbin strains from 2006 to 2008 were divided into 33,12,27 pathotypes, respectively. The prevalences of dominant pathotypes were 11.43% and 0,20.00%, respectively. The municipal strains were divided into 21,17,19 pathotypes, the prevalence of dominant pathogenic frequencies were 38.46%, 21.05%, 19.05%. (4) The mean frequency of resistant frequency of Qingzhu cultivars was 48.57%, 56.25% and 58.33% respectively from 2006 to 2008 in Harbin, and the highest resistant varieties were Zhai 1; Respectively 57.37%, 50.00%, 63.89%, the highest resistant varieties were Walled 1, Fujin, Aichi Asahi. (5) The combination of Dongnong363 + Zhai No.1 combination had the best combination resistance to Harbin strain from2006to2008, and the combination of Dongnong363 + Zhai No.1 combination and Pi-4 + Zhai 1 combination had the highest frequency of post-polymerization resistance of Harbin strains from 2006 to 2008. The overall analysis shows that the identification of strains of Qingze in Japan is superior to the identification of strains in China, but it is still not the best choice.
