20世纪末,标准金融理论因其无法解释金融市场上不断出现的异常现象而受到严峻挑战,行为金融学在此背景下应运而生。其理论建立在行为主体非完全理性假设的基础之上,形成自身独特的分析框架。运用行为金融学理论对社会保险基金投资的非完全理性行为进行分析,将行为金融理论与标准金融理论相结合,提出符合金融市场实际运行规律的社会保险基金投资策略具有重大的现实意义。
At the end of the 20th century, standard finance theory was seriously challenged because of its inability to explain the continual anomalies in the financial markets. Behavioral finance came into being in this context. Its theory is based on the assumption of non-perfect rationality of actors and forms its own unique analytical framework. By using the theory of behavioral finance to analyze the non-fully rational behavior of social insurance fund investment, combining the theory of behavioral finance with standard financial theory, it is of great practical significance to put forward the investment strategy of social insurance fund which accords with the actual operating rules of the financial market.
