建设学习型社会是党的十六大提出的新的教育方略。在建设学习型社会的进程中,首先是要了解其实质内涵,根据其内涵建立新的学习理念,使社会公民形成对新知识新领域的探求欲望。同时要建立完善的学习型社会机制,政府要积极立法建制,在其中起到推动作用;高等学校利用现有的软硬件资源,充分利用现代远程教育手段,二者共同为建设学习型社会提供保障。
Building a learning society is a new education strategy put forward by the 16th CPC National Congress. In the process of building a learning society, we should first understand its essence and establish a new learning philosophy based on its connotation so that social citizens will form a desire to seek new fields of new knowledge. At the same time, it is necessary to establish a perfect learning social mechanism, and the government should actively introduce the legislative system to play a catalytic role in it. Colleges and universities make use of the existing hardware and software resources and make full use of modern distance education methods, both of which jointly guarantee the construction of a learning society .
