近年来,我国社会主义市场经济建设不断发展,人们的对生活质量的追求逐渐提升,对出行安全与舒适程度也有一定要求,铁路的和谐发展对满足人民的出行需求非常关键。在市场竞争越来越激烈的背景下,铁路企业要想得到生存与发展,就要根据时代变化不断调整企业内部的管理方式,而对铁路人力资源的管理是现阶段提升竞争力的有效途径之一。
In recent years, the continuous development of China’s socialist market economy, people’s pursuit of quality of life has been gradually improved, and safety and comfort of travel have certain requirements. The harmonious development of the railway is very crucial to meeting people’s travel needs. Under the background of increasingly fierce market competition, if railway corporations want to survive and develop, they must constantly adjust the internal management methods according to the changes of the times. The management of railway human resources is an effective way to enhance their competitiveness at this stage .
