通过高强混凝土抗压性能试验,分析了膨胀剂掺量对混凝土抗压强度、轴压强度的影响,探讨了膨胀剂对混凝土的影响机理。本次试验主要研究高强混凝土在不同膨胀剂掺量下的抗压力学性能,膨胀剂掺量分别为0%,5%,10%,15%,20%。试验结果表明,随着膨胀剂掺量的增加,在一定范围内,高强混凝土力学性能有所提高;若膨胀剂掺量偏大,则混凝土的力学性能就会降低。
Through the compressive performance test of high-strength concrete, the influence of expander dosage on compressive strength and axial compressive strength of concrete is analyzed, and the influence mechanism of expansive agent on concrete is discussed. In this experiment, the compressive mechanical properties of high-strength concrete under different expansive dosages were studied. The content of expansive agent was 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% respectively. The experimental results show that the mechanical properties of high strength concrete increase with the increase of the content of expansive agent. If the content of expansive agent is too large, the mechanical properties of concrete will decrease.
