长沙东方芙蓉广场的1#,2#,3#楼通过高空钢连廊连接为双塔连体结构,在风效应或地震作用下,连体结构的动力特性因连廊的存在而相互影响,使连接部位的受力变得非常复杂,连廊极易与主体结构脱离,造成人员或财产的重大损失。采用铅芯橡胶支座的弱连接连体结构形式,对铅芯橡胶支座进行了隔震支座非线性地震响应分析,对比主体结构有连体与无连体结构的动力响应。结果表明,设计中选用的铅芯橡胶支座可以满足要求。同时由于采用了隔震支座,减弱了连体结构对主体结构的影响,可对主体结构和连体部分分别进行设计,从而降低主体结构的设计难度,保证结构的安全性。
