为提高滤波后极化合成孔径雷达(polarimetric synthetic aperture radar, Pol SAR)图像的边缘清晰度和保持目标的极化特性,提出了新的精致 Lee 滤波同质像素筛选算法。算法根据滤波像素和邻域像素之间的典型散射差异指数(typical scattering difference index, TSDI),采用自适应阈值法筛选出滤波像素的同质像素,然后用同质像素进行 Lee 滤波。针对筛选阈值,首先利用 Parzen 窗估计同质区域 TSDI 概率分布,然后根据估计结果计算阈值。用美国 AIRSAR 系统和 UAVSAR 系统采集的极化数据进行实验,实验结果表明该算法相对于精致Lee滤波算法相干斑抑制更加彻底,同时图像边缘清晰度和目标极化特性保持更完好。
In order to improve the edge definition of the filtered polarimetric synthetic aperture radar (SAR) image and maintain the polarization characteristics of the target, a new refined Lee filter homogeneous pixel screening algorithm is proposed. According to the typical scattering difference index (TSDI) between filtered pixels and neighboring pixels, the algorithm filters out the homogeneous pixels of the filtered pixels by the adaptive thresholding method, and then performs the Lee filtering with homogeneous pixels. According to the screening threshold, we firstly use Parzen window to estimate the TSDI probability distribution in the homogeneous region and then calculate the threshold according to the estimation results. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm performs more thorough speckle suppression than the refined Lee filtering algorithm, and the image edge definition and the target polarization characteristics remain better.
