目的观察中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的子宫肌瘤患者178例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组89例。对照组仅采用米非司酮治疗,观察组则在对照组治疗基础上加服桂枝茯苓胶囊。观察2组临床治疗效果,用药前后分别行盆腔B型超声及妇科检查,采用B型超声测定卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌激素(E2)、泌乳素(PRL)、雄激素(T)、孕酮(P)等,用药期每月检测血尿常规及肝功能情况。结果观察组痊愈率和总有效率分别为34.83%和84.27%,均高于对照组的16.85%和69.66%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组子宫体积、肌瘤体积均显著小于对照组(P<0.01);察组FSH、LH、P、E2、T值均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤疗效显著,可降低激素水平,减小肌瘤体积,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrative treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 178 patients with uterine leiomyoma admitted to hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 89 cases in each group. The control group only treated with mifepristone, while the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsules on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of two groups were observed. The pelvic ultrasound and gynecological examination were performed before and after treatment. The levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estrogen (E2), prolactin (PRL) Androgen (T), progesterone (P), etc., the monthly testing of blood and urine routine and liver function. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in observation group were 34.83% and 84.27%, respectively, which were higher than those in control group (16.85% vs 69.66%, P <0.05). After treatment, the uterine volume and fibroid volume in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.01). The FSH, LH, P, E2 and T values in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule treatment of uterine fibroids significant effect, can reduce hormone levels, reduce fibroid volume, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
