在分析原装大臂缓冲装置机构和存在缺陷的基础上,提出了对大臂缓冲装置技术改造,同时分析了改造后的优点,并对大臂缓冲装置在改造前后的故障小时数进行统计分析,验证废旧轮胎作为大臂缓冲装置对减少故障有促进作用,降低了维修成本,可以在各类型电铲上安装运行,同时为矿山生产创造了更多的经济效益。
Based on the analysis of the original boom buffer mechanism and the existing defects, the paper presents the technical innovation of the boom buffer, analyzes the advantages of the post-modification, and makes statistical analysis on the failure hours of the boom buffer before and after reconstruction. Verification of waste tire as a boom buffer device has a role in reducing faults, reducing maintenance costs, installing and operating on various types of power shovels and creating more economic benefits for mine production.
