大中型企业是国民经济的中坚力量,大中型企业能否活起来,关系到整个国民经济的成败盛衰。目前大中型企业都存在不同程度的问题。增强这些企业的活力,除了企业自身要加强管理,挖掘潜力,提高素质,增强竞争能力,提高经济效益外,对符合国家产业政策要求的大中型企业,还需要国家采取一些有力措施,为搞活大中型企业创造较为宽松的条件。对此,提出如下建议。
Large and medium-sized enterprises are the backbone of the national economy. Whether large- and medium-sized enterprises can live together will affect the success or failure of the entire national economy. At present, large and medium-sized enterprises have different degrees of problems. To enhance the vitality of these enterprises, in addition to strengthening management, tapping potentials, improving quality, enhancing competitiveness, and increasing economic efficiency, enterprises must also adopt some effective measures to invigorate large and medium-sized enterprises that meet the requirements of national industrial policies.
