针对应用较为普遍的CO2激光焊接,介绍激光焊接的物理过程、光束模型及参数,总结分析小孔熔池的形成过程及数学模型影响因素对焊接过程稳定性的影响,利用光束数学模型分析模型各参数对焊接过程稳定性的影响。阐述等离子云产生的机理,总结等离子云对激光功率衰减的消除措施及实际生产中激光焊接缺陷的处置方法,保障焊接过程稳定,获得稳定熔深。
This paper introduces the physical process, beam model and parameters of laser welding, and summarizes the forming process of small hole puddle and the influence factors of the mathematical model on the stability of the welding process. The beam mathematical model is used to analyze the parameters of the model The impact of the stability of the welding process. The mechanism of plasma cloud generation was expounded. The elimination measures of laser power attenuation by plasma cloud and the disposal method of laser welding defect in actual production were summarized, and the welding process was stable and the welding penetration was stable.
