PY_1系列喷头自鉴定定型以来,全国许多工厂进行了试制.根据来我院进行测试的喷头情况看,制造质量尚未全部达到图纸和技术条件的要求.在材料成分和铸造工艺、切削加工工艺上都存在一些问题,致使部分喷头运转不正常,性能降低.为了解决这些问题,现仅就铝合金ZL101铸造工艺等谈谈如何提高PY_1系列喷头铸造质量的问题. 铸造铝合金ZL101-GB1173-74(相当于YB143-65 ZL 11;ZB30-62ZL9;??oc??2685-63Aπ9).
