肺是进行气体交换的场所,也是一个具有多种代谢功能的器官。它参与几种其它的代谢过程,包括血凝、纤维蛋白溶解、免疫、脂类代谢、血管活性物质的代谢等。甚至有的研究者认为,肺是一个内分泌器官。目前,关于肺的非呼吸功能引起许多研究者的兴趣,也取得了相当大的进展,提示肺在生理或病理情况下均占有重要的地位。本文仅就肺对基质的利用、肺泡表面活性物质和血管活性物质的代谢等三个方面,作一简要综述。
Lung is the place for gas exchange and an organ with multiple metabolic functions. It participates in several other metabolic processes including hemagglutination, fibrinolysis, immunity, lipid metabolism, metabolism of vasoactive substances and the like. Some researchers even think that the lung is an endocrine organ. At present, many researchers are interested in the non-respiratory function of lungs, and considerable progress has been made, which indicates that lung plays an important role in physiological or pathological conditions. This article only on the use of lung matrix, alveolar surfactant and vasoactive substances in metabolism and other three aspects, make a brief review.
