我国的设备管理,从50年代至70年代经历了几度兴衰之后,到80年代,在整顿的基础上,进入管理观念更新的新阶段。主要是接受了综合工程学的基本观点,从传统的“设备后半生管理”转向“设备一生管理”;从“以维持和恢复设备原有性能为目的的技术型管理”转向“以追求经济效益为目的的生产经营管理”;从“由少数专业人员管理”转向“全员参与管理”等。这些观念要求对设备实施全过程的技术和经济相结合的综合管理。但是,要真正使我国企业从整体上完成这一转变,搞好设备的综合管理,跃上新的台阶,还需作出巨大努力。
