我国建筑业规模宏大,发展迅速,但正以世界上前所未有的规模和速度建造高耗能建筑。这些高耗能建筑已带来严重的环境问题,建筑耗能排放的温室气体已占全国温室气体总排放量的25%,北方城市冬季煤烟型污染指数超过世界卫生组织提出的最高值2～3倍,已对公众健康造成较明显的损害,这明显背离了科学发展观和可持续发展战略。
The construction industry in our country is large-scale and rapidly developing, but is building a high-energy-consuming building at an unprecedented scale and speed in the world. These high-energy-consumption buildings have brought about serious environmental problems. The greenhouse gas emissions from construction consume 25% of the total greenhouse gas emissions in China. The winter coal-smog pollution index in northern cities exceeds the maximum value of 2 ~ 3 times, has caused obvious damage to public health, which obviously deviated from the scientific concept of development and sustainable development strategy.
