电磁炉是利用涡流加热的,其内部有一加热线圈,工作时通入高频交变电流产生高频电磁波,电磁波穿过电磁炉的陶瓷表面被铁质锅底吸收,产生涡流释放热量加热食物。本实验就是让锅底处的涡流显示出来,便于学生观察。一、器材选择家用电磁炉一台,电磁炉用铁质烧水壶一个,发光二极管一个,电阻一只(20~80Ω),细漆包线(长20 cm~30 cm)等。二、制作过程本实验不用改造电磁炉,制作非常简单,将漆包线两端去皮后与电阻、发光二极管串联焊接成闭合回路,电阻起限流作用,将漆包线绕成直径约为10 cm的单匝线圈,用透明胶带粘在水壶底的外表
