移植肾静脉栓塞是肾移植术后罕见的并发症,其发生率为0 .3%～3% 〔1〕。国内尚未见报道。我院2 0 0 2年行同种异体肾移植1 2 2例次,发生移植肾静脉栓塞2例,现报告如下。1 病例报告例1 女,38岁。因慢性肾小球肾炎、尿毒症行肾移植术。术前PRA阴性,供受者间淋巴细胞毒试验阴性
