目的 探讨 nm2 3- H1m RNA及其蛋白低表达之间相关性及与乳腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法 应用 RT/ PCR及免疫组化方法对 5 8例乳腺癌组织中 nm2 3- H1m RNA及其蛋白的表达进行检测。结果 分别有 44 .8%、48.2 %的乳腺癌伴有 nm2 3- H1m RNA或该基因编码蛋白的低表达 ,nm2 3- H1m RNA与其蛋白表达虽有相关性 ,但并不完全吻合。低水平的 nm2 3- H1m RNA或其蛋白质表达与乳腺癌淋巴转移呈显著关系。结论 通过 nm2 3- H1表达水平的检测对乳腺癌的转移潜能及预后有一定的意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of nm23 - H1mRNA and its protein low expression and the biological behavior of breast cancer. Methods RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of nm23HmRNA and its protein in 58 cases of breast cancer. The results were 44.8%, 48.2% of breast cancer with nm2 3-H1mRNA or the gene encoding protein is low expression, nm2 3-H1mRNA and its protein expression though related, but not completely consistent. Low-level nm2 3-H1mRNA or its protein expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis in breast cancer. Conclusion The detection of nm 2 3- H1 expression has a certain significance on the metastatic potential and prognosis of breast cancer.
