通过金属镍片与草酸钠的碱性溶液于140℃水热反应24h,在金属镍片表面原位生长出大面积直立的六边形Ni(OH)2纳米片,经600℃退火2h后得到六边形NiO纳米片.采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对产物进行了表征.结果表明,六边形Ni(OH)2纳米片为六方相单晶结构,厚度大约在200~500nm范围,对角线的长度大约在1.6~3.6μm范围,六边形NiO纳米片为立方相单晶结构.研究了草酸钠在六边形Ni(OH)2纳米片形成过程中的作用以及六边形NiO纳米片的光催化特性,提出了可能的生长机理,发现六边形NiO纳米片对空气和双氧水氧化甲基橙具有一定的光催化作用.
A large area of upright hexagonal Ni (OH) 2 nanosheets were grown in situ on the surface of the metallic nickel sheet by hydrothermal reaction at 140 ℃ for 24 h with alkaline solution of sodium nickel oxide and sodium oxalate. After annealed at 600 ℃ for 2 h, The hexagonal NiO nanosheets were characterized by XRD, SEM and TEM.The results show that the hexagonal Ni (OH) 2 nanosheets have a hexagonal single crystal structure with a thickness of about 200 ~ 500nm, the length of the diagonal is about 1.6 ~ 3.6μm, hexagonal NiO nanosheets are cubic phase single crystal structure.The effect of sodium oxalate on the formation of hexagonal Ni (OH) 2 nanosheets And the photocatalytic properties of hexagonal NiO nanosheets. A possible growth mechanism was proposed. It was found that hexagonal NiO nanosheets have a certain photocatalytic activity on air and hydrogen peroxide induced by methyl orange.
