目的:分析美克耳憩室的声像图特点,探讨超声对此疾病的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析8例经手术后病理确诊为美克耳憩室患者的声像图特点及临床资料。结果:美克耳憩室的声像图特点是囊袋状回声。结论:超声对此病的诊断有一定价值。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the sonogram characteristics of Meckel’s diverticulum and explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound in this disease. Methods: The echographic features and clinical data of 8 cases of Meckel’s diverticulum diagnosed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Mycotic diverticulitis was characterized by capsular echo. Conclusion: Ultrasound has some value in the diagnosis of the disease.
