去痛片为常用的解热镇痛药 ,收载于部颁标准 ,处方中 4种组成成分氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因、苯巴比妥的鉴别均为化学反应方法。本文以薄层色谱法同时对氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因、苯巴比妥4种成分进行鉴别 ,操作简便 ,斑点明显 ,结果较为满意。1 仪器与试药ＵＶ -1型三用
