基于“工商融和”的复合型高素质高技能人才培养模式,是苏州经贸职业技术学院在长期的教育教学改革实践过程中逐步探索出来的人才培养新机制。从区域纺织企业转型升级、提升学生就业和人才培养模式改革三个方面探讨“工商融和”的纺织专业高技能人才建设目标。根据区域纺织经济发展对复合型专业人才的需求为出发点,主要从纺织类专业及方向的设置与调整、课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、校企合作与实训基地建设、校园文化建设等几个方面探讨如何建设基于“工商融和”复合型的纺织类专业高素质高技能人才。
