贸易企业是促进市场经济不断发展的重要行业之一。随着我国国内市场的规范和国内外市场的进一步开拓,在当前经济环境下,贸易企业获得了更加良好的发展环境。然而,在良好的发展环境下,企业自身的管理能力对企业的生存与发展有着决定性的作用。财务风险是企业经营风险中危害较大、较难防控的风险,财务风险一旦发生就会给企业的经营带来致命性的打击。加强企业财务内部控制管理是解决企业财务风险的最为有效的措施。因此,本文结合贸易企业财务风险的特性,对财务内控在财务风险管理中的策略进行了简要的分析和探讨。
Trade enterprises are one of the important industries that promote the continuous development of the market economy. With the standardization of the domestic market in our country and the further expansion of domestic and overseas markets, the trading enterprises have enjoyed a more favorable environment for development in the current economic environment. However, in a good environment for development, the management capability of the enterprise itself plays a decisive role in the survival and development of the enterprise. The financial risk is the risk that the enterprise management risk is more harmful and difficult to prevent and control. Once the financial risk occurs, it will bring fatal blow to the operation of the enterprise. Strengthening the internal financial management of enterprises is the most effective measure to solve the financial risks of enterprises. Therefore, based on the characteristics of the financial risks of trading enterprises, this article briefly analyzes and discusses the strategies of financial internal control in the management of financial risks.
