行动学习适合远程开放教育的学生,在理论上,行动学习法可以应用于以培养应用型人才为目标的电大开放教育教学中。哈尔滨电大自2003年春开始,在金融本科《证券投资分析》课程教学中,进行了基于网络的行动学习模式的实践探索,通过建立行动学习小组、成立学生讲师团及学生学习考评委员会等措施,从组织上保证了行动学习模式的实施;将行动学习的基本过程划分为问题提出、问题解决、问题报告三个阶段;并对原有的教学评价方式进行了调整,重新确定了成绩结构和成绩评定指标,强化了对学生学习过程的考评。实践证明,基于网络的行动学习是适合远程开放教育的教育形式。
