为控制超滤膜污染,采用新型磁性离子交换树脂(MIEX)进行预处理,降低超滤系统运行的跨膜压差.结果表明:MIEX树脂投量的通水倍数为800BV,聚合氯化铝(PAC)投量仅为14mg/L时,反洗后跨膜压差可有效恢复.MIEX-混凝沉淀-超滤(工艺1)对UV254,CODMn,DOC,三卤甲烷生成势(THMFP)和卤乙酸生成势(HAAFP)的去除率分别为87.2%,74.4%,69.5%,88.2%和87.3%;混凝沉淀-超滤(工艺2)对UV254,CODMn,DOC,THMFP和HAAFP的去除率分别为20.5%,42.9%,27.9%,35.6%和33.6%.MIEX树脂预处理去除大部分疏水性和荷电亲水性有机物,对中性有机物也有一定去除,对相对分子量小于3ku的有机物去除率达61.3%.2种工艺出水平均浊度为0.07NTU.MIEX预处理减小了膜过滤时膜孔堵及滤饼层阻力,降低了过滤阶段的总阻力,有效地控制了膜污染.
