本刊讯3月10日至15日,国际禁止化学武器组织(OPCW)视察组一行在国家代表、省市禁化武办领导的陪同下,对浙江新安化工集团股份有限公司建德化工二厂第三类、第四类监控化学品生产设施进行了现场连续核查,这是OPCW首次在我国对同一家企业实施连续核查。核查中,视察组通过对各产品相关数据资料及工艺流程、设备、仓储、环保等相关设施的现场勘查,确认物料使用与产出产品数量平衡,企业宣布数据与现场核查结果一致,生产经营活动符合公约要求,顺利通过了现场连续核查。
From March 10 to March 15, accompanied by leaders of state representatives, provincial and municipal OPCW offices, the OPCW inspection team visited Zhejiang Xin’an Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd., Jiande Chemical Plant No.2 The third and fourth categories of controlled chemicals production facilities conducted on-site continuous verification. This is the first time that OPCW has conducted continuous verification of the same enterprise in our country. During the verification, the inspection team confirmed the balance of the quantity of materials used and the quantity of output products through on-site surveys on relevant data of each product and relevant facilities such as process, equipment, warehousing and environmental protection. The data released by the enterprise were in line with the on-site verification results and the production and operation activities In line with the requirements of the Convention, successfully passed the site for continuous verification.
