在激烈的市场竞争中,营销策划的作用愈来愈重要,一个优秀的营销策划方案,会扭转销售市场的被动局面。《销售与市场》的作者包·恩和巴图曾说“:不要把营销当作花费,而应该当作投资。只有正确的投资,你才有可能拥有持续生存的平台和快速发展的空间。”4月12日,旨在提高中国房地产企业营销策划水平的“房地产项目策划及营销管理经验交流会”在吉林省延吉市召开,会议的主办方中国房地产业协会城市开发专业委员会、延边州政府、延吉市政府组织了中房协开发委委员单位和东北地区的房地产企业代表100多人参加会议,吉林东润房地产开发有限公司承办了会议。与会企业代表就当前房地产市场发展走势与企业发展战略、房地产营销策划趋势前瞻、房地产产品策划理念与设计创新思维等进行了交流、探讨。《城市开发》杂志作为国家一级房地产品牌企业唯一会刊,对此次会议进行了全程跟踪报道,现将部分精彩内容刊登,希冀此内容对房地产企业能有参考借鉴作用,助力企业踏上做大做强之路。
