飞行控制总体方案是实现我国突破载人航天技术、完成任务目标、实施历次飞行试验以及验证工程各系统设计的正确性与系统间协调性的关键,飞行控制方案顶层规划和设计的好坏直接决定着整个工程能否顺利完成任务、能否以较小的代价实现整个工程设计的最优化、能否在工程研制基础上通过飞行试验获取最大的试验效能。为此,对工程飞行控制总体方案的顶层规划和设计及其飞行控制体系、飞行轨道、天地信道、天地控制方法、飞行控制主要事件等方面进行了介绍。
