上海市第九人民医院研究人员在近期《国际骨质疏松症》杂志发表的一项研究报告显示,适量饮茶有助于预防骨质疏松导致的髋骨骨折。研究人员对14项有关饮食与髋骨骨折危险的早期研究结果进行了梳理分析,这些研究涉及近20万受试者。分析结果显示,经常喝茶(特别是绿茶)可以降低髋骨骨折的风险。每天喝1~2杯茶者,髋骨骨折的风险降低28%;每天喝2杯茶者,髋骨骨折的风险降低37%;每天喝3~4杯茶者,髋骨骨折的风险降低
In a recent study published by Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital in International Osteoporosis, moderate drinking of tea helped prevent hip fractures caused by osteoporosis. Researchers analyzed the results of 14 earlier studies on the risk of diet and hip fracture involving nearly 200,000 subjects. Analysis shows that regular drinking of tea (especially green tea) can reduce the risk of hip fracture. Drink 1 to 2 cups of tea a day, reducing the risk of hip fracture by 28%; drinking 2 cups of tea a day reduces the risk of hip fracture by 37%; and drinking 3 to 4 cups of tea a day reduces the risk of hip fracture
