研究了以SiO2 为载体负载茂金属rac -Et(Ind) 2 ZrCl2 时 ,SiO2 表面羟基的类型 ,MAO与SiO2 的作用方式 ;根据负载实验和MAO对茂金属的作用机理 ,提出了SiO2 负载茂金属催化剂的可能方式 .实验表明 ,SiO2 表面有 2种不同环境的羟基 ,茂金属通过与先负载到SiO2 表面的MAO间的作用负载到SiO2 上 ,属单分子层吸附 .
The types of hydroxyl groups on SiO2 surface and the mode of action of MAO and SiO2 were studied on the support of metallocene rac-Et (Ind) 2 ZrCl2 with SiO2 as support. According to the loading experiment and the mechanism of action of MAO on metallocene, SiO2 supported metallocene Catalyst possible way.Experiments have shown that there are two kinds of different hydroxyl groups in the surface of SiO2. Metallocene is adsorbed onto SiO2 through the interaction with MAO which is firstly supported on the surface of SiO2.
