为了推动企业更好的发展,首先就要提高绩效人力资源管理力度。加强企业人力资源管理水平,不仅可以提高企业的核心竞争力,同时也能实现企业绩效人力资源管理系统的转型。因此,本篇文章主要对力资源管理实践与企业绩效的理论模式进行阐述,并对对中国企业高绩效人力资源管理系统及企业绩效的测量进行充分的分析,并在此基础之上,提出转型期国内高绩效人力资源管理系统的构建方案。希望通过本文的阐述,可以给转型期国内高绩效人力资源管理系统的实践方面提供一定的参考意见。
In order to promote better business development, we must first improve the performance of human resources management. Strengthening the level of enterprise human resource management can not only improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also realize the transformation of enterprise performance human resource management system.
