目的探讨应用氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定灵芝中硒的方法和技术。方法样品用硝酸-高氯酸消解,加入盐酸、铁氰化钾,反应后经原子荧光光谱法测定。结果该方法线性范围0~50.0μg/L,相关系数(r)=0.9997,最低检出限0.18μg/L,相对标准偏差为0.41%~3.28%,回收率为95.3%~101.8%。结论该法具有便捷准确、灵敏度高、基体干扰少和节省试剂等特点,是测定硒的可靠方法。
Objective To explore the method and technology of determination of selenium in Ganoderma lucidum by hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods Samples were digested with nitric acid-perchloric acid, hydrochloric acid and potassium ferricyanide were added, and the reaction was followed by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The linear range of this method was 0 ~ 50.0μg / L, the correlation coefficient (r) was 0.9997, the minimum detectable limit was 0.18μg / L, the relative standard deviation was 0.41% ~ 3.28% and the recovery was 95.3% ~ 101.8%. Conclusion The method is convenient and accurate, high sensitivity, less matrix interference and reagents and other characteristics, is a reliable method for the determination of selenium.
