目的:探讨芪茵颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠瘦素及胰岛素抵抗的影响,从而为芪茵颗粒临床应用提供较好的理论及实验依据。方法:采用高脂乳剂灌胃建立大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型,以易善复(多烯磷脂酰胆碱)作对照,观察芪茵颗粒对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠瘦素及胰岛素抵抗的影响,并观察肝组织病理学改变。结果:非酒精性大鼠脂肪肝造模成功[1]。模型组瘦素(LP)和胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)较空白对照组明显升高,且两者呈正相关;芪茵颗粒低、中、高剂量组及易善复组均可不同程度地降低非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血清瘦素和胰岛素抵抗指数,改善胰岛素抵抗状态。结论:芪茵颗粒可促进脂质代谢;降低血清瘦素水平,改善胰岛素抵抗状态,具有良好的防治脂肪肝作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Quyin Granules on leptin and insulin resistance in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, so as to provide a good theoretical and experimental basis for the clinical application of Brassica rapa. METHODS: Rat model of non-alcoholic fatty liver was established by intragastric administration of high-fat emulsion. Yi Shanfu (polyene phosphatidylcholine) was used as a control to observe the effect of Qi Yin Granule on leptin and insulin resistance in non-alcoholic fatty liver rats. The effects and observation of liver pathological changes. Results: Models of nonalcoholic fatty liver in rats were successfully established [1]. The leptin (LP) and insulin resistance index (IRI) in the model group were significantly higher than those in the blank control group, and there was a positive correlation between the two; the low, medium, and high doses of Quyin Granules and the Yishanfu group could all reduce non- Serum leptin and insulin resistance index in alcoholic fatty liver rats improved insulin resistance. Conclusion: Astragalus granules can promote lipid metabolism; reduce serum leptin levels, improve insulin resistance, and have a good effect on preventing and treating fatty liver.
