在批林批孔运动大好形势的鼓舞下,广州轴承厂技术科和车间工人同志一起,动脑筋,想办法,为磨床试验成功了一种新的修整砂轮的工具——金刚石修整片,在一些机床上试用结果证明效果良好。据粗略估计,一个金刚石修整片的寿命相当于八粒金刚石的寿命,而且从进口价格来看,采用金刚石修整片比使用等级钻石可以为国家节约94.25％的外汇,扩大了原料来源。文内以日本Ty-penp-24型无心磨及M210内圆磨两台设备为例,介绍了使用金刚石修整片的效果。
