研究了三氯化铝-氯化丁基甲基咪唑([Bmim]Cl-AlCl3)离子液体催化β-甲基萘(-βMN)歧化合成2,6-二甲基萘(2,6-DMN)反应。通过正交试验,考察了反应温度、时间、[Bmim]Cl-AlCl3离子液体酸强度及催化剂用量对-βMN歧化反应的影响。实验结果表明,[Bmim]Cl-AlCl3酸性离子液体对-βMN歧化反应具有良好的催化活性和较好的2,6-DMN的选择性。在160℃,AlCl3/[Bmim]Cl的摩尔比为4∶1,催化剂质量分数14%,反应时间为3.5h的条件下,反应转化率为42.9%,2,6-DMN的选择性为40.6%,产率为17.4%。
The 2,6-dimethylnaphthalene (2,6-DMN) disproportionation of β-methylnaphthalene (-βMN) catalyzed by aluminum trichloride-butyl chloride methylimidazole ([Bmim] Cl-AlCl3) . The effects of reaction temperature and time, the acid strength of [Bmim] Cl-AlCl3 ionic liquid and the amount of catalyst on the disproportionation of -βMN were investigated by orthogonal test. The experimental results show that the [Bmim] Cl-AlCl3 acidic ionic liquid has good catalytic activity and good selectivity for 2,6-DMN for the disproportionation of -βMN. The reaction conversion was 42.9% and the selectivity of 2,6-DMN was 40.6 at 160 ℃, the molar ratio of AlCl3 / [Bmim] Cl was 4:1, the catalyst mass fraction was 14% and the reaction time was 3.5h. %, Yield 17.4%.
