办公室是一个综合性管理活动的办事机构,担负着组织内的日常性行政事务与服务工作,对上是接受落实机构,对下是布置、督促机构,对内是管理服务机构,对外是接待、外联机构。要实现办公室工作的目标,树立良好的形象,必须有完善的沟通机制和畅通的沟通渠道来作保证,媒介就成为沟通办公室工作的良性互动运作的桥梁和纽带。本文就办公室工作的特点,与媒介互动以及如何利用新媒介发挥办公室在沟通与协调方面的作用做一些探讨。
