目的:进一步完善PBL教学模式在儿科护理学教学实践中的应用,以提高儿科护理学教学质量。方法:编写完整的儿科护理学教学案例,并将其应用于教学实践。将我校2011级高职护理学4个班的学生随机分为两组:2个班采用LBL教学模式作为对照组,另2个班的学生采用PBL教学法作为实验组,课程结束后对比试卷成绩。结果:PBL法试验组理论考试成绩显著优于LBL组,并且前者学生分析案例题的思路明显好于后者,更喜欢PBL教学模式。结论:PBL教学法有利于锻炼学生的思维能力,培养综合素质,应得到进一步的研究和推广。
OBJECTIVE: To further improve the application of PBL teaching model in pediatric nursing teaching practice to improve pediatric nursing teaching quality. Methods: Write a complete pediatric nursing teaching case, and apply it to teaching practice. The students in 4 classes of 2011 grade high school nursing in our school were randomly divided into two groups: two classes adopted LBL teaching mode as control group, and the other two classes adopted PBL teaching method as experimental group. After the course was over, Score. Results: PBL test group theory test scores significantly better than the LBL group, and the former student analysis case ideas better than the latter, prefer PBL teaching mode. Conclusion: PBL teaching method is conducive to exercise students’ thinking ability, develop comprehensive quality, should be further studied and promoted.
