随着建筑业的蓬勃发展以及《安全生产法》和《建筑工程安全生产管理条例》的颁布实施,施工现场的安全管理面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。做好安全管理工作,具有重大的意义。如何做好施工现场的安全管理工作呢?笔者以为要从开工前的准备工作、开工后的基础工作和项目安全文化建设几方面来着手。具体包括建立完善的安全管理组织机构、建立健全安全岗位责任制、制订安全生产目标、编制安全施工组织设计、做好安全教育工作、检查工作、考核工作和隐患整改工作。同时,也要加强项目部的安全文化建设,通过形成定期的安全活动、充分利用施工现场“两栏一报”,建立“安全违章曝光台”,加深安全意识,营造浓厚的安全生产氛围。
With the vigorous development of the construction industry and promulgation and implementation of the “Safety Production Law” and “Construction Safety Management Regulations,” safety management on the construction site is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. Good safety management, has great significance. How to do a good job on the safety management of the construction site? I believe that from the preparatory work before the start of work after the foundation work and project safety culture to start several aspects. Including the establishment of a sound safety management organization, establish and improve the safety responsibility system, set safety goals, the preparation of safety construction organization design, safety education, inspection work, assessment work and rectification work. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of safety culture of the project department. By making regular safety activities, we should make full use of the “two columns and one newspaper” at the construction site to establish a safety violation exposure platform to deepen our safety awareness and create a strong atmosphere for safe production.
