实验在63只戊巴比妥纳麻醉、制动和人工呼吸条件下的家兔身上进行。刺激颈部一侧迷走神经中枢端(CVN)引起肾交感神经传出放电(RSND)抑制反应,抑制时间为:3.6±0.18s。这种抑制时间的长短与动物当时CNS机能状态、交感神经活动的背景水平有关。通过记录延髓头端腹外侧区(RVL)和尾端腹外侧区(CVL)的细胞放电变化,表明CVN传入冲动可能是通过孤束核(NTS)引起CVL兴奋及RVL的抑制,从而使交感神经传出活动发生抑制。
The experiment was performed on 63 rabbits under pentobarbital anesthesia, immobilization and artificial respiration. Stimulation of the vagus nerve center (CVN) on the neck side caused the renal sympathetic nerve efferent discharge (RSND) inhibition response, the inhibition time was: 3.6 ± 0.18s. The duration of this suppression was related to the CNS functional status and the background level of sympathetic activity. By recording the changes of cell discharge in the rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVL) and caudal ventrolateral region (CVL), it is suggested that CVN afferent impulses may be caused by the excitement of CVL and the inhibition of RVL through the nucleus of solitary tract (NTS) Inhibition of nerve activity.
