本文研究了胃痛灵(WTL)保护胃粘膜的作用机理,当酸性乙醇灌胃引起大鼠胃粘膜损伤时,红细胞、血浆和胃粘膜组织内的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显地受到抑制,胃粘膜组织非蛋白巯基物质含量明显减少,胃粘膜组织和血浆中的丙二醛(MDA)明显升高。给于WTL可防止胃粘膜损伤,使红细胞、血浆及胃粘膜组织内的SOD活性增强,胃粘膜组织和血浆内MDA明显下降。实验结果说明,WTL可以通过酶和非酶系两大途径清除自由基,起到对胃粘膜的保护作用。
This paper studied the mechanism of action of Weitongling (WTL) on the protection of gastric mucosa. When gastric mucosal injury was induced by acid ethanol in rats, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in red blood cells, plasma, and gastric mucosa was significantly inhibited. The content of non-protease base material in gastric mucosa was significantly reduced, and malondialdehyde (MDA) in gastric mucosal tissue and plasma was significantly increased. Given to WTL can prevent gastric mucosal injury, so that SOD activity in red blood cells, plasma and gastric mucosal tissue increased, gastric mucosal tissue and plasma MDA significantly decreased. The experimental results show that WTL can scavenge free radicals through both enzymatic and non-enzymatic pathways and play a role in protecting the gastric mucosa.
