新生儿清醒气管插管时可在前囟监测颅内压变化。为此作者使用Bunegin-Albin前囟监测装置测压,并以经颅多普勒超声(TCD)仪置于婴儿颞部,连续记录大脑中动脉的脑血流速(CBFV)。
Neonatal awake tracheal intubation in the anterior fontanel monitoring of intracranial pressure changes. To this end, the author used Bunegin-Albin anterior fontanel to measure the pressure and recorded the cerebral blood flow velocity (CBFV) of the middle cerebral artery continuously by transcranial Doppler ultrasonography (TCD) in infantile temporal.
