近年来二烷氧基取代对苯乙炔聚合物(PPV)发光功能材料广泛应用于液晶彩电、电脑、飞机彩色液晶显示屏中,本文研究了利用相转移催化反应在不同的催化剂反应条件下,合成二烷氧基取代对苯乙炔聚合物(PPV)发光功能材料的中间体1,4-二乙氧基苯,在氢氧化钠及催化剂HA-1存在下,对苯二酚与硫酸二乙酯于60~65℃反应3h条件下合成1,4-二乙氧基苯,产品收率达84%以上.对不同的催化剂的使用和反应时间进行了条件优化,对产品1,4-二乙氧基苯的IR谱图、1 H-NMR谱图进行了确认和详细分析.
In recent years, dialkyloxy substituted p-phenylenevinylene polymer (PPV) luminescent functional materials are widely used in LCD color TV, computer, aircraft color LCD display. In this paper, the use of phase transfer catalysis under different catalyst reaction conditions, the synthesis Dialkyloxy-substituted p-phenylenevinylene polymer (PPV) luminescent functional material of the intermediate 1,4-diethoxybenzene, in the presence of sodium hydroxide and catalyst HA-1, hydroquinone and diethyl sulfate 1,4-diethoxybenzene was synthesized under the reaction conditions of 60 ~ 65 ℃ for 3h, the yield of the product reached over 84% .The conditions for the use of different catalysts and the reaction time were optimized, IR spectra of 1-H-NMR spectra were confirmed and analyzed in detail.
