司法鉴定,在西方向来有“证据之王”的美誉。由于缺乏统一规范,我国司法鉴定实践日益暴露出多头鉴定、重复鉴定、鉴定结论互相矛盾等弊端。这种混乱局面不仅使当事人不堪重负, 也使司法鉴定的社会信用越来越低。尤其是人情鉴定、金钱鉴定、虚假鉴定等腐败现象,已成为毁坏司法公正的重要症结。 Forensic identification, in the West has always been the “king of evidence” in the world. Due to the lack of uniform norms, the practice of forensic identification in China increasingly exposes the drawbacks of long identification, repeated identification and contradictory identification conclusions.
