通报是行政公文中较为常用的一个文种,主要用于表彰先进,批评错误,传达重要情况。通报正文一般包括三个层次:第一层“摆事实”,第二层“作评价”,第三层“提要求”。通报写作的通病,一是对通报事实的叙述繁简失当,要么太繁太细,给人虚构编造之感;要么叙述过简,使人搞不清通报事实的来龙去脉。二是对通报事实的评价有失分
Notification is one of the more commonly used language in administrative documents, which is mainly used to commend advanced and criticized mistakes and convey important situations. The body of the notification generally consists of three levels: the first floor “put facts”, the second floor “for evaluation”, the third floor “to ask.” The common problem of writing is that the narration of the truth of the communication is complicated and misleading, or it is too complicated and too fictional to give people a sense of fictional fabrication.
