微信营销是近年伴随微信的火热而兴起的一种新的营销方式。目前,国内微信营销大多处于发展阶段,大多数的餐饮企业都还没有寻找到适合自己的微信营销方法。基于此,本文以海底捞火锅为例,分析该企业在微信营销策略制定过程中的现状及存在的问题,针对出现的问题和原因,提出了具体的解决措施和建议,以期实现树立企业良好形象,提高消费者满意度,并获得更好经济效益的目的。
