Toxoplasma strains are usually preserved by intraperitoneal inoculation in mice. This article reports the experimental study on the viability of mouse ascites containing Toxoplasma gondii in normal refrigerator (4 ℃) and liquid nitrogen (-190 ℃). Materials and methods
