目的应用吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱-选择离子法建立同时测定31种生活饮用水中挥发性有机物的方法。方法利用吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱-选择离子联用技术,全扫描方式(SCAN)进行质谱定性,选择离子(SIM)内标法定量,测定生活饮用水中31种挥发性有机物,并通过改变吹扫体积,调整解吸时间,使得本方法测定的目标物都能满足GB/T5750-2006检测需要。结果本方法在检测浓度范围内线性较好(r>0.9976),样品平均回收率为95%~103%,检出限为0.001μg/L~0.034μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%~6.0%。结论该方法各分析组分之间无干扰,且分析快速、准确、灵敏,适用于31种生活饮用水中挥发性有机物的同时检测。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of volatile organic compounds in 31 kinds of drinking water by using purge and trap - gas chromatography / mass spectrometry - selective ion method. Methods The qualitative and quantitative determination of 31 volatile organic compounds in drinking water by mass spectrometry (SCAN) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry-ion-selective mass spectrometry (SIM) By changing the purge volume, adjust the desorption time, making the method of determining the target can meet the GB / T5750-2006 testing needs. Results The method showed good linearity (r> 0.9976) within the range of detection concentration. The average recovery was 95% ~ 103%. The detection limit was 0.001μg / L ~ 0.034μg / L and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.4 % ~ 6.0%. Conclusion The method has no interference among the analysis components, and the analysis is fast, accurate and sensitive and suitable for the simultaneous detection of volatile organic compounds in 31 kinds of drinking water.
