Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking treatment on vomiting after chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Methods Forty-nine patients with breast cancer who underwent chemotherapy in Chengdu Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2015 to July 2016 were selected and divided into observation group (n = 25) and control group (n = 24) by random number table. Patients in the observation group were treated with docetaxel + pirarubicin + cyclophosphamide (TAC regimen) chemotherapy combined with granisetron hydrochloride vomiting therapy on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking intervention intervention, the control group patients with TAC chemotherapy combined with granisetron hydrochloride Joan vomit treatment. The two groups of patients were observed on the first day, 3d and 6d of vomiting control. Results Nursing intervention on the first day, the two groups of patients vomiting control the total effective rate, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Nursing intervention 3d, the observation group, the total effective rate of vomiting control was 64.0%, significantly higher than the control group, 16.7%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). On the 6th day of nursing intervention, the total effective rate of vomiting in the observation group was 88.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (0.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Acupoint sticking nursing intervention can effectively relieve the vomiting response of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.
