目的 了解放射工作人员外照射剂量水平 ,为保护放射工作人员身体健康提供依据。方法 统计马鞍山市 1993~ 2 0 0 3年职业放射工作人员个人剂量水平 ,并对不同年份不同工种的年剂量进行分析 ,与不同地区的检测结果进行比较。结果 按职业分类 :医用X线诊断、核医学、放射治疗、工业探伤、密封源其他应用的平均剂量依次为 1.71mSv、1.4 4mSv、1.2 2mSv、2 .0 4mSv、 0 .94mSv。在 16 0 0名职业人员中 ,有 0 .18%的人员年剂量超过国家基本标准 (5 0mSv)。 96 %的人员年剂量低于年剂量限值的 1/ 10。结论 马鞍山市放射工作人员平均外照射剂量水平较低。应加强流动探伤人员的放射防护工作。
Objective To understand the radiation dose level of radiation workers and provide the basis for protecting the health of radiation workers. Methods The individual dose levels of occupational radiation workers in Maanshan from 1993 to 2003 were calculated. The annual doses of different types of workers in different years were analyzed and compared with the test results in different regions. Results According to occupational classification: medical X-ray diagnosis, nuclear medicine, radiotherapy, industrial flaw detection, sealed source, the average dose of other applications were 1.71mSv, 1.4 4mSv, 1.2 2mSv, 2.04mSv, 0.94mSv. Of the 1,600 job-seekers, 0.18% of the staff annual doses exceed the national basic standard (500mSv). Ninety-six percent of people are below the annual dose limit of 1/10. Conclusion The average external radiation dose of radiation workers in Ma’anshan City is relatively low. Radiological protection of mobile inspectors should be strengthened.
